Events & Training

MDevCon during Appril festival at Trifork

Trifork hosted the MDevCon event held as part of the Appril festival at Trifork Amsterdam. Pawel Glowacki showed how to build fast native mobile apps for iOS and Android from one codebase. The second speaker, Robin Puthli, shared his development approach and lessons learned on how to let developers code native apps and then port them efficiently without having to resort to html5 cross platform tools.

Belgium Java User Group

Allard Buijze from Trifork presented High Performance and Scalable Architecture at the BeJUG; did you miss the presentation? You can still watch the presentation at Parleys‘.

If you want to learn more about building these scalable architectures, then the following training might be interesting for you:

 Axon Immersion training (2 days)

A 2-day immersion training, the ideal way to learn how to apply CQRS using the Axon Framework, an open source Java framework that helps developers create scalable and extensible applications by providing the building blocks that CQRS based infrastructures typically require. The training will be led by our CQRS expert, Allard Buijze, who has been applying CQRS in numerous projects. As a result, Allard created the Axon Framework. For more info, please contact us or visit the Academy.

Erlang User Conference – Stockholm 9-10 June

The largest European conference dedicated to Erlang – the functional language behind WhatsApp’s success, will feature over 50 talks on open-source applications, products and war stories from the community.
